We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller & Receiver with strong stock control knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
This is an ongoing opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in maintaining inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock investigations and adjustments
- Performing inventory maintenance using MFG Pro
- Processing and verifying inbound stock receipting
- Running inventory reports and investigating discrepancies
- Liaising with key stakeholders regarding stock issues
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory audits
- Maintaining HACCP food safety standards
- Identifying warehouse layout improvements and reporting recommendations
- Supporting warehouse operations with stock-related enquiries
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in Inventory Control or Receiving
- Solid understanding of inventory management systems (MFG Pro experience highly regarded)
- Intermediate computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in a warehouse or food distribution environment (preferred)
