What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our Maintenance team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our plant and equipment operate safely, efficiently and reliably by:

- Responding to equipment breakdowns and carrying out repairs to minimise downtime

- Performing preventative and scheduled maintenance activities

- Troubleshooting mechanical faults and identifying root causes

- Contributing ideas to improve equipment reliability, performance and safety





- Ensuring equipment is handed over in a protected, clean and food-grade ready condition

- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

- Working closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly

What You'll Bring

- Cert III Trade Qualification (NSW recognised) in a relevant trade

- 1-3 years post-trade maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment

- Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills

- Experience with preventative maintenance programs

- A safety-first mindset and commitment to quality workmanship

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team

- A proactive approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
