Position Title: Medium Rigid (MR) Driver / Storeman

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Some Saturdays and overtime required)

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Medium Rigid (MR) Driver & Storeman to join our busy team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role divided between our warehouse and on the road.

The primary focus of this position is the protected transportation, home delivery, and installation of major household appliances—specifically washing machines, refrigerators, and dishwashers. When not out on delivery runs, you will be required to assist with general warehouse duties to keep our operations running smoothly.

No prior installation experience is necessary, as full, comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Installation

Safely operate a Medium Rigid (MR) delivery vehicle, adhering to all road laws and company safety policies.
Conduct home deliveries of heavy appliances (fridges, washing machines, dishwashers) to residential properties in a timely and professional manner.
Perform basic installations of delivered appliances, ensuring they are set up correctly and safely (training provided).
Provide excellent customer service, acting as a polite and professional representative of the company while in customers homes.




Remove packaging and, when required, old appliances from customer premises.
Warehouse & Store Duties

Assist in the warehouse with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
Receive, check, and allocate incoming stock.
Pick and prepare orders for daily delivery runs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow manual handling best practices.
Key Requirements & Qualifications

Licensing: Must hold a current and valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s license (or higher) with a clean driving record.
Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and capable of heavy, repetitive lifting and manual handling (essential for safely moving large whitegoods).
Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional approach to customer interactions.
Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and some Saturdays as required by business needs.
Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn the installation process.
