Protech are currently seeking a Safety Administrator for an immediate start on a temporary 2-month contract based on the Gold Coast.
This is an administration-focused role. The position is well suited to someone who is organised, confident with systems and able to coordinate onboarding and inductions in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and schedule inductions for new candidates and employees
- Manage onboarding documentation and maintain accurate employee records
- Monitor and update induction and compliance systems
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Manage incoming emails and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain candidate and employee information within the CRM system
- Assist with data entry, reporting and record management
- Ensure documentation is completed and filed in line with company requirements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
- Available for an immediate start
- Confident using Microsoft Office, email systems and CRM platforms
- Strong computer and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
