Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten – Rockbank Village is a newly opened, purpose-built service located in a fast-growing community. With the centre now established and operating for several months, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Educational Leader to step in and help refine, strengthen and elevate educational practice across the service.

You’ll join a passionate team focused on continuous improvement, strong relationships, and delivering high-quality early learning experiences for children aged 0–6 years.

About Rockbank Village

Our Rockbank Village service is a modern, purpose-built centre designed to support high-quality learning environments for children aged 0–6 years.
Open 6:30am–6:30pm, the service has built strong foundations in its early months, with engaged families, committed educators, and a growing community presence.





The focus now is on embedding consistency, strengthening curriculum practice, and driving high-quality outcomes across all rooms.

About the Role

As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in strengthening and enhancing educational practice across the service.
Working closely with the Centre Leadership Team, you will ensure consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across all learning environments.
You will:

- Lead and strengthen the educational program across all rooms
- Coach, mentor and support educators to build capability and confidence
- Strengthen curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
- Embed Aspire’s Grow, Learn & Connect philosophy consistently across the service
- Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Drive continuous improvement aligned to quality standards and service goals
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and educators
- Partner closely with the Centre Manager to support daily operations and practice improvement
- Support a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture

About You
You are a confident,



reflective and supportive leader who thrives in environments where you can influence quality and develop others.
You bring:

- ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher (Bachelor / ECT highly regarded)
- Proven experience as an Educational Leader (preferred in medium to large services)
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF and best practice in early childhood education
- A coaching and mentoring approach to leadership
- Ability to drive consistency and quality across multiple rooms
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skill
- Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
