Capaz is seeking a Medicare-registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological services in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We offer flexibility to work from our clinic, The Dome for outdoor therapy, or combine both to suit your practice style. Clinicians also have the option to use our unique, The Dome, for sessions with clients where appropriate. We also welcome applications from provisional psychologists.

About you:
- Compassionate, ethical, and uses evidence-based practice

Essential Criteria:
- A degree in Psychology
- AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 1-2 year post registration experience (desired, not essential)
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- A Working with Children Check
- A National Police check
- Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility)
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability (or willingness to obtain)
- ABN (or willingness to obtain)
Desired:
- Experience with children, young people or an interest in working with these age groups.
- working with in the NDIS system.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing meaningful, evidence-based therapy that makes a difference in clients’ lives.
- Carry out assessments and develop intervention plans.
- Keep transparent, accurate, and confidential notes and reports.
- Work closely with families, schools, and other professionals where relevant.
- Join in regular peer consultation, supervision, and team discussions.
- Stay aligned with ethical and professional standards.
- Continue your growth with CPD and contribute ideas to improve our service.
