This is the perfect opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager or Junior Property Manager ready to step into their own portfolio while receiving ongoing support, training and career development. You'll begin with a manageable portfolio and have the opportunity to grow alongside the business.

The role

- Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 40-80 properties
- Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs and lease renewals
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Monitor arrears, tenancy compliance and property documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive communication

A strong candidate looks like:

- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
