About the Role
We have partnered with an established and highly regarded boutique financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to support a team of Advisers delivering holistic advice to a select portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
Working closely with Advisers and senior leadership, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end client review and implementation process while helping deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Manage client reviews from scheduling through to completion
- Prepare review packs, advice documents and supporting paperwork
- Coordinate implementation of financial advice recommendations
- Attend client meetings and maintain accurate file notes
- Assist with research, product comparisons and strategy requests
- Liaise with clients, insurers, platforms and product providers
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Client Services role within financial planning
- Strong understanding of advice implementation processes
- Knowledge of compliance and financial planning administration
- Experience with Xplan or similar CRM platforms
