How you’ll make a difference:

As a part of the management team, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your restaurant, with a strong emphasis on people leadership, operational excellence, and customer experience.

You’ll lead from the front, making it easier for your teams to do their best work, building a culture people are proud to be part of, and delivering sustainable business results in a fast-paced and fun environment.

About You:

You’re a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and taking ownership of outcomes.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced environment

• Strong people management and coaching capability

• Commercial acumen, with the ability to manage key performance metrics

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
