Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a live arts and events environment? The City of Karratha is seeking a Front of House Duty Manager to lead front of house operations, supervise event staff, and ensure the safe and successful delivery of performances and events at the Red Earth Arts Precinct.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead front of house operations during performances, events and box office hours, ensuring a welcoming, professional and protected experience for all patrons.
- Supervise ushers, bar, kiosk and event staff, ensuring service standards, liquor licensing requirements and event procedures are consistently met.
- Coordinate event delivery by liaising with touring companies, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations before, during and after events.
- Act as a key emergency response and evacuation contact, maintaining venue presentation, safety standards and compliance requirements at all times.

What We're Looking For





- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, events, venue operations or performing arts environments.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to confidently manage large audiences and multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated cash handling and reconciliation experience.
- Ability to work autonomously while fostering positive relationships with patrons, staff, contractors and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work alternate Saturdays for Box Office operations.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Current C Class Driver's Licence.
- National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months).
- Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate are desirable.
- Experience using SABO systems is desirable.
