We specialise in blue collar recruitment for the civil sector and are currently going through an exciting growth phase. Our office is based centrally in West End.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Sales Consultant to join our growing team — someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying talent, and convincing the right people that their next move is with one of our clients.

You'll be the key connection point between our civil construction clients and the contractors who keep their projects moving. A big part of this role is sales — reaching out to candidates, selling the opportunity, and getting quality people mobilised and on site.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referral networks
- Selling roles to candidates and bringing them on board for current and upcoming assignments
- Running candidate assessments and interviews
- Managing the full process from initial enquiry through to placement and ongoing support
- Building an understanding of client needs so you can match the right people to the right roles




- Bringing fresh ideas to the table and contributing to the team's collective success
- Staying across industry trends, project pipelines, and market movements

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years' experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing role — OR experience on a civil construction site or in a construction office environment
- A relevant degree or TAFE qualification (e.g. Business, Marketing, Construction) is well regarded but not essential
- Confident communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and closing the deal
- A hunger to learn, grow, and make your mark in a niche industry with a robust pipeline ahead
