About Redstone Sunbury
Located within the growing Redstone community, our newest Aspire service has been thoughtfully designed to provide exceptional early learning experiences for children aged 0–6 years.

As one of our founding Kindergarten Teachers,



you'll play an integral role in establishing a high-quality funded kindergarten program while building meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community.

About the Role
As our Kindergarten Teacher, you'll deliver an engaging, play-based educational program that supports children's learning, development and school readiness.
Working collaboratively with the Educational Leader and Centre Leadership Team, you will:

- Deliver a high-quality funded kindergarten program aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
- Create engaging, inclusive and intentional learning experiences
- Observe, assess and document children's learning and development
- Foster robust partnerships with children, families and the wider community
- Support each child's individual learning journey and school readiness
- Collaborate with educators to embed quality teaching practices across the service
- Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant legislation
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and supportive team culture

About You
You're a passionate educator who values relationships, quality teaching and making a genuine difference in children's lives.
You'll bring:

- Full VIT Registration (Essential)




- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Sound knowledge of the VEYLDF, EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Strong understanding of planning, assessment and documentation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check (where applicable)
