Monadelphous is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team for a major outage shutdown at Millmerran Power Station.

This is a site-based opportunity offering LAHA and the chance to play a key role in delivering a critical power generation project while maintaining our commitment to safety excellence.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Provide practical HSE guidance and support to site personnel.
- Promote and uphold Monadelphous' HSE standards, systems, and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, client requirements, and company procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations as required.
- Facilitate site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the project.

What you will bring

- Previous site-based HSE experience within mining, heavy industry, construction, shutdowns, or maintenance environments.
- Power generation or power station experience (highly regarded).
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent) and/or Environmental qualifications.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and industry best practice.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).




- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and genuine commitment to workplace safety.
