About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT & Digital Services Manager to lead the delivery, security and strategic development of the College's technology environment. Reporting to the Director of Business Services, you will lead the ICT team, oversee enterprise systems, infrastructure and cybersecurity, and deliver technology solutions that support teaching, learning and business operations. Working collaboratively with the Leader of Learning - P-12 Connections and College leaders, you will ensure technology is reliable, secure, future-focused and aligned with the College's strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the College's ICT operations, infrastructure and service delivery.

Develop and implement the ICT strategy, cybersecurity framework and technology roadmap.

Manage enterprise systems, cloud services, networks, devices and data security.

Lead and develop the ICT team to deliver high-quality customer service.

Manage ICT projects, budgets, vendors and technology procurement.

Partner with College leaders to deliver secure,



scalable technology solutions that support learning and business operations.

The Successful Candidate will Possess

Demonstrated experience leading ICT operations in a complex organisation, preferably within education.

Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, cybersecurity and enterprise systems.

Proven leadership, project management and vendor management experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

A collaborative, strategic mindset with a commitment to innovation, continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
