Marist180 is seeking a Youth Worker to support young people in accommodation with day-to-day living and skill development. You will mentor residents, promote positive self-care, educational and social engagement, and help maintain a secure, structured environment within our Southwest Sydney programs.
The role involves a rotating roster, including weekends and sleepovers, with a focus on safeguarding youth and collaborating with the House Manager to implement individual plans and progress reports.
