As our firm continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Officer to become an integral part of our finance team.If you're someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and loves providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingIn this diverse and rewarding role, you'll be responsible for:Managing the firm's Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functionsProcessing supplier invoices and preparing payment runsIssuing client invoices and monitoring outstanding accountsFollowing up overdue accounts and working with clients to establish payment arrangements where requiredCompleting bank reconciliations and allocating daily receiptsMaintaining accurate financial and client recordsAssisting with debtor management and credit controlPreparing and lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS)Liaising professionally with clients,
