Access Telehealth is seeking an Experienced Registered or Enrolled Nurse based in Rutherford and the Central Coast. You will be on site, coordinating care across aged care homes, with no weekend work and a Monday-to-Friday 9am–5pm schedule.

This role emphasizes clinical judgement, GP and specialist rounds, telehealth, and building robust relationships with families and care teams. AHPRA registration and 2 years post-grad experience are required.
