About the role
We are seeking passionate, sales-driven Senior Sales Assistants to join our newest and biggest store at Macquarie. For us, exceptional customer care and strong sales results go hand in hand — when you genuinely understand what a customer needs and guide them to the right product, the sale follows naturally.
We don't just sell pyjamas; we sell the ultimate experience of luxury and comfort. We're looking for customer-obsessed individuals with a knack for styling and a genuine drive to help every customer walk away with exactly what they came for — and more.
What you'll be doing
- Getting to know each customer so you can guide them to the right product — and the next one
- Turning genuine, personalised service into upsells, add-ons and closed sales
- Hitting individual and store sales targets and KPIs, shift after shift
- Keeping the store looking as positive as the product
- Supporting stock, replenishment and the wider team
