About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this integral position supports the day-to-day operations of the business by managing the full order-to-delivery process for both customers and suppliers. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning with the company’s commercial and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and accurately to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Manage the end-to-end order workflow, liaising with both customers and suppliers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster strong, long term relationships
- Coordinate and improve customer service functions to meet company goals
- Monitor customer credit limits and outstanding invoices
- Verify and process supplier invoices; resolve discrepancies as needed
- Escalate technical or commercially sensitive enquiries appropriately
- Track and manage inventory orders to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability and delivery




- Maintain and support the improvement of internal systems and processes
- Uphold company quality standards and procedures
- Perform general administrative tasks to support business operations

Qualifications and Skills

- Proven time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience with SAP is essential
- Oracle experience is advantageous but not required
- Prior experience in Dental, Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries is preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented team player with a proactive approach
