We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across the sleep diagnostics sector. This is a genuine business development role where you'll spend your time meeting customers, identifying opportunities and building long‑term relationships with healthcare providers.
You'll be supported by an experienced clinical and technical team who manage product demonstrations, implementation and training, allowing you to focus on developing new business and growing key accounts.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities while growing relationships with existing customers across Australia.
This role offers a excellent mix of new business development and account management. You'll identify new opportunities, nurture relationships and work closely with internal specialists to deliver tailored solutions for your customers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop new business opportunities across Australia
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, sleep labs and healthcare providers
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Identify, qualify and develop sales opportunities
- Work closely with internal clinical and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Attend customer meetings, conferences and industry events
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM
- Regular travel to meet customers and build relationships

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys getting out in front of customers, asking questions and building trust.
You'll ideally have:

- Experience in business development or account management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Confidence engaging with healthcare professionals and decision makers
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule

Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, sleep medicine, respiratory, pharmaceuticals or healthcare is highly regarded, but we're also open to experienced BDMs with a strong track record of developing new business who are keen to learn a technical product range.
