We've recently acquired an established rent roll and are looking for a Senior Property Manager who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and being part of a growing business from the ground up.

This isn't a role where you'll be buried under impossible KPIs or expected to "just survive" your portfolio.

About the role

You'll take ownership of an established residential portfolio while working closely with our director and support team.

You'll be trusted to make decisions, build strong client relationships and continually improve the way we manage property.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a residential portfolio from start to finish with a supportive Team along side you
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing maintenance from start to completion
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Tribunal preparation where required
- Coordinating entry and exit inspections
- Working closely with our administration team to deliver exceptional service
- Helping improve internal systems and processes

About You





You'll already be an experienced Property Manager who enjoys solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll have:

- Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio
- Robust working knowledge of PropertyTree (essential)
- Experience with Inspection Manager or similar inspection software
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Current Queensland Registration Certificate (or Licence)
- Current driver's licence
