We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial security installations including CCTV, access control, and intercom systems on major construction sites across the greater Sydney region.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Security Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery - from planning and scheduling through to budget management, installation, commissioning, and client handover. This role requires a strong technical background in security installations combined with proven project management capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of multiple security projects across construction sites
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and WHS compliance




- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in project performance and business operations

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience managing security installation projects (CCTV, access control, intercoms)

- Proficiency in project/job management systems (e.g., SimPRO) and Microsoft Office Suite
