- Something a little special - Our Occupational Therapists are supported by dedicated administration staff, established clinical resources and highly organised systems. Your focus is on planning and delivering therapy sessions and completing your progress notes—we've built the systems to support everything else. We believe therapists should spend their time being great clinicians, not managing unnecessary administration.

Your Role Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain registration)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain if required)
- A genuine desire to be part of something bigger than yourself and to truly support your peers/team!

This role includes a combination of clinic and community-based therapy, giving you the opportunity to work across a variety of environments. You will also have the chance to plan and facilitate therapy groups alongside other therapists, providing a diverse and rewarding clinical experience.

We also welcome Occupational Therapists seeking contractor opportunities. Our contractor model offers a 60/40 revenue split, providing the flexibility to manage your own workload while benefiting from consistent referrals, administration support, clinic resources, established systems and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
