About the Role

We are recruiting experienced Manufacturing Operators for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Dandenong. Seeking reliable and motivated individuals with previous machine operating experience or strong mechanical aptitude to join a fast-paced production environment on an ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term permanent employment with a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturer offering stable hours and specialized training.

Working within a clean and highly regulated manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and have a robust focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor manufacturing - encapsulation, compression and stick line and packaging machinery
- Set up machines and perform changeovers when required
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain production output and quality standards
- Identify and report machine faults or production issues
- Follow GMP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment




- Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

- Minimum 1 year experience machine operating in food or pharma
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Experience within pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments highly regarded
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments advantageous
- Reliable transport and flexibility to work day or afternoon shifts
- Full working rights within Australia
