KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordination of mechanical and building services design
- Overseeing services integration during construction phases
- Managing services, subcontractor,s and commissioning teams
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and engineers across design and delivery
- Assisting with tendering and reviewing building services scopes
- Budget tracking and reporting of services packages
- Identifying, managing,
and resolving design changes or site variations
- Ensuring compliance with project safety, quality, and performance targets
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or similar
- Proven experience delivering mechanical or building services packages in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments
- Ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate service programs effectively
- Understanding of services commissioning, HVAC, hydraulics, and BMS systems
- Commercially astute with experience in services contract negotiation and administration
- Solid communication and reporting skills
