Architectural Window Systems – Prestons NSW

This is the primary IT support role for AWS Australia - not a position within a large service desk team, but genuine ownership of the technology support experience for the whole organisation. You will be the first point of contact for our people across office and production environments, working directly with and reporting to the IT & Digital Team Leader.

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems & Support professional with strong Microsoft 365 and Intune skills who is ready to work with real autonomy, take ownership of outcomes and develop into a systems administration role over time.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for approximately 150+ users across office and production environments - on-site and remote

Support administration of Microsoft 365 including user provisioning, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID under the direction of the IT & Digital Team Leader.

Manage and maintain the device fleet via Microsoft Intune - device builds, Autopilot deployment, compliance policies and configuration profiles

Maintain the IT asset register and manage the full hardware lifecycle from procurement through to retirement

Act as the primary operational point of contact with the MSP for support escalations and service coordination.

Support meeting room technology, network printers and site infrastructure at Prestons and nationally as required

Own the IT knowledge base - create and maintain documentation, runbooks and end-user guides





Support new staff IT onboarding and provide user guidance where technology adoption requires attention

About You

What We Are Looking For

3 to 5 years of experience in a corporate Level 1 and Level 2 IT support role, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of issues through to resolution

Confident Microsoft 365 administrator - you work directly in the admin console to manage users, licences, mailboxes and groups

Hands-on Microsoft Intune experience - device enrolment, compliance policies and configuration profiles

Solid Windows desktop support and troubleshooting capability across diverse hardware

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN and Wi-Fi

Able to work independently, manage your own workload and see tasks through without close supervision

Clear, reliable communicator with a strong customer service orientation - users trust you to follow through

You Will Stand Out If You Have

Experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution or multi-site business environment

Microsoft Entra ID administration - Conditional Access, identity governance, sign-in log analysis

Microsoft certifications - MS-900, MD-102, MS-102 - or a clear plan to obtain them

Basic PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration tasks

Exposure to Microsoft Azure portal navigation and monitoring

Experience with SentinelOne, Mimecast or comparable endpoint and email security platforms
