Seeking an experienced Delivery Lead / Scrum Master to drive end-to-end delivery of complex projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies. The role involves facilitating Agile practices, managing stakeholders, risks, dependencies, budgets, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes across geographically distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and QBR planning.
- Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Track and manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and budgets.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and resolve delivery impediments.
- Drive backlog refinement, sprint execution, and continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain delivery dashboards, capacity, and demand planning reports.
- Ensure adherence to Safety, Quality, and delivery governance standards.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Delivery Leads to improve delivery effectiveness.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead roles.
- Strong experience managing complex projects with onshore and offshore teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting/dashboarding.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, and Human-Centered Design.
- Experience in project budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and resource planning.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and quick-paced environments.
