The Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations across manufacturing, warehouse and dispatch, ensuring the business continues to deliver outstanding quality,



safety and customer service. Main Duties include:

- Driving daily operational performance to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
- Monitoring KPIs relating to safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
- Managing labour planning, performance management and workforce development.

The Requirements

- Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Production Manager position within an engineering based manufacturing environment
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies
- A solid focus on safety, quality and operational performance
- The ability to analyse operational data and make informed commercial decisions
