Due to continued growth and expanding operations, we’re excited to introduce a newly created Impound Team Lead role within our Impound department. This is a key position responsible for overseeing end-to-end impound yard operations across multiple depots.

In this role, you will manage a small team and work closely with the Transport department to coordinate daily operations, ensuring vehicles are efficiently managed from intake through to release, while maintaining accurate tracking, compliance, and service delivery standards. You will support team performance, contribute to effective rostering and workflow planning, and play an active role in driving continuous improvement across the department.

With strong attention to detail, you will drive process improvements, oversee yard stocktakes, and ensure vehicle follow-ups are completed regularly. You'll also manage customer interactions, including escalations, while maintaining strong relationships.

About You

You're a hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. You manage competing priorities with ease, communicate confidently across teams and stakeholders, and bring solid attention to detail to everything from documentation through to dispute resolution.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience working within transport, towing, logistics, or a similar operational setting




- A collaborative approach with the ability to work across teams and departments
- Strong organisational and computer skills
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and maintaining high operational standards
- A team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
