Operation standards

- . Ensure that store administration duties are completed under Goelia’s business operation compliance standards
- . Arrange in-store display according to company standards
- . Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- . Ensure exemplary customer service standards are achieved and maintained by sales associates

Inventory and Account Management

- . Ensure goods are managed according to standards to prevent damage to goods.
- . Responsible for daily operations such as inventory delivery, replenishment, and cash.
- . Ensure timely and accurate sales records and be responsible for store accounts.

Team management

- . Ensure the development of staff potential by leading team trainings and motivating the team
- .



Ensure a healthy staff retention rate by managing team members performance, work schedules and turnover

Job Requirements

- . Minimum 1-2 years of retail and proven track record or relevant experience in similar position managing a sales team
- . Ability to lead, train, develop and motivate team members
- . Ability to collect, assemble and analyze data and KPIs
- . Energetic, highly committed, and with passion for exceeding client expectations.
- . Excellent communication, client service and problem-solving skills
- . Understanding on fashion trends, strong business acumen, and knowledge on dress collocation
- . Versatile availability to work throughout the week, weekends, and public holidays
