Koorana Croydon Street Preschool in Lakemba is seeking a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator to lead pedagogy and practice in a 24-place preschool. You will mentor staff, drive reflective practice, and ensure high-quality, play-based programs aligned with the National Quality Framework.

Working during NSW school terms, you will promote inclusion, build robust relationships with families, and collaborate with allied health professionals to support children with diverse needs.
