Due to continued growth and increasing demand for our services, Lift Tread Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced or mechanically minded Industrial Tyre Fitter / Service Technician to join our expanding team.

As a proudly Australian-owned and operated business, Lift Tread Australia specialises in the supply, fitting and maintenance of forklift tyres and wheels across South Australia, with ambitious plans for national expansion.

As an Industrial Tyre Fitter, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that industrial tyres are fitted, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.

Your expertise will directly contribute to the safety and efficiency of our clients' equipment and operations.

About the role

Working from our Adelaide base, you'll travel to customer sites throughout metropolitan and regional South Australia in a fully equipped service vehicle.

Your duties will include:

- Removal and installation of solid, pneumatic and press-on forklift tyres
- On-site tyre inspections and preventative maintenance
- Breakdown and emergency call-outs
- Wheel and rim replacements
- Completing job reports and service documentation
- Maintaining company vehicles and specialised equipment
- Delivering exceptional customer service while working safely and professionally





No two days are the same, making this an exciting and rewarding hands-on role.

About You

You will ideally have:

- Experience fitting industrial, truck, earthmoving or automotive tyres (preferred but not essential)
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic
- The ability to work independently
- Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
- A current Australian driver's licence
