About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work across both B2B and B2C travel sales.

You'll support travel agents by helping them create exceptional Japan holidays for their clients while also working directly with travellers to design personalised itineraries based on their interests, travel style and budget.

During your onboarding and probation,



you'll gain valuable experience across both sides of the business. As your confidence grows, you'll have the opportunity to specialise in the area that best suits your strengths and career aspirations—whether that's building solid relationships with travel agents or delivering highly consultative, tailor‑made holidays directly to travellers.

Supported by an experienced operations team, you'll focus on what you do best: building relationships, creating incredible itineraries and converting enquiries into unforgettable holidays.

What You'll Be Doing

- Design tailor‑made Japan holidays for both travel agents and direct clients.
- Build solid relationships with travel advisors by providing expert destination knowledge and tailored recommendations.
- Consult directly with travellers to understand their interests, budget and travel goals before creating personalised itineraries.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through a consultative sales approach.
- Manage your own sales pipeline while delivering exceptional customer service from first enquiry through to booking.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure every itinerary is delivered accurately and seamlessly.
- Continue expanding your knowledge of Japan's destinations,



experiences and travel trends.

What You'll Bring

You’ll combine a genuine passion for Japan with the ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You’ll also have:

- Experience in retail travel, wholesale travel, FIT travel or travel sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative sales approach with the confidence to uncover customer needs and recommend the right travel experiences.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with the drive to convert opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- A passion for creating unforgettable holidays and sharing your enthusiasm for Japan with every client.
