We are looking for a motivated Salesperson/ Parts Interpreter to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on a quick paced, fun work environment.

We sell a wide range of aftermarket automotive parts, including body panels, bumpers, grilles, lighting, mirrors, cooling components, replacement parts and vehicle upgrades. We need someone who can combine strong automotive knowledge with excellent sales and customer-service skills.

You’re proactive, efficient and ready to take on new challenges. You can follow processes but also think on your feet when needed.

You stay organised, manage competing priorities and keep your focus in a busy environment. You value reliability, integrity and are looking for a long-term role where you can grow.

Experience in automotive parts, retail or sales is a bonus — but not essential. At Panel House, we value attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine interest in the industry. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support.





Key responsibilities

- Inbound phone & online sales processing

- In-store customer service

- Order & receipt incoming stock

- Process & pick purchase orders

- Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

What we’re looking for

- Exceptional communication skills and positive phone manner

- Experience or a passion in cars

- have strong attention to detail

- Well presented, happy personality and self-motivated

- Ability to translate technical problems to straightforward solutions and influence and negotiate

- be extremely efficient and able to work unsupervised

- will use critical thinking methods and very good at numerical skills

- have physical and mental fitness

- have the ability to focus effort and meet deadlines

Hours and employment

- Permanent, full-time position

- Around 40 hours per week, with paid overtime when required

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm

- Occasional Saturday shifts (8:00 am–12:00 pm)

- No late afternoons, night shifts or public holiday work
