We're entering an exciting new phase in our finance operations, having recently modernised our accounts payable workflows with new technology and automation that significantly reduces manual processing. This means we're looking for someone who is more than an invoice processor—we're seeking a vibrant, tech‑savvy Accounts Payable Officer who enjoys learning new systems, embraces change, and is eager to contribute to continuous improvement. If you're proactive, adaptable, and excited by the chance to work in a modern finance environment where automation handles the repetitive tasks, you'll have more time to focus on problem-solving, building strong supplier relationships, and adding value to the team.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage Accounts Payable Queries in our JD Edwards ERP
- Prepare payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- System Hygiene of supplier information
- Processing of supplier credits
- Other duties as required within the greater finance team
This role is based at our Support Office in Banyo, Brisbane.
