We're an established, MARA-registered migration firm, and we're becoming an AI-first practice. We're investing in AI and a dedicated support team to take the weight of routine work off our Registered Migration Agents, so they can spend more of their time where it matters most: advising clients, setting case strategy, and signing off with confidence.

We're hiring an experienced Senior Migration Agent to join our small, high-performing team. This role suits an agent who wants to work at the top of their registration, carry a meaningful and varied caseload, and help shape how a modern, AI-enabled migration practice runs.

About the role

- You’ll handle a diverse range of visa types and migration matters, leading clients through their journey from initial consultation to visa grant. Our AI systems and support team assist with much of the groundwork, document collection, checklists, form preparation and client follow-up, so you can spend more of your time on the work that needs a registered agent: eligibility strategy, complex matters, consultations and lodgement sign-off.

You must have

- Current MARN registration and up-to-date CPD
- At least 5 years' experience as a Registered Migration Agent
- Demonstrated ability to manage files autonomously, from initial consultation to visa grant




- Experience across visa types, especially skilled migration, employer sponsorship and labour agreements
- Sound interpretation of the Migration Act and confidence handling complex matters
- Proven confidence leading client consultations and securing the engagement
- Comfort using AI, digital tools and video conferencing to work efficiently
- Exceptional written and document drafting skills, strong communication, and the ability to work across cultural boundaries
- Exceptional time management

- Sound judgment about when to seek input from peers
- Ability to mentor, coach and work collaboratively within the migration team
- Curiosity about AI and automation, and an interest in helping shape how we use it
