We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage multiple construction sites, coordinate trades and suppliers, maintain quality workmanship, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Industry experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to):

- Manage and oversee a single large loss construction site from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and project efficiency.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with WHS legislation, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, project managers, trades, suppliers, insurers, assessors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review project documentation, scopes of works, plans, and specifications prior to commencement.
- Develop and manage the construction program to achieve project milestones and completion deadlines.
- Monitor site progress,



identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimise delays.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all work meets company and client expectations.
- Monitor project costs and assist in maintaining budget objectives through effective site management.
- Complete site documentation, progress reports, and compliance records accurately and on time.
- Ensure a clean, organised, and professional work environment is maintained throughout the project.
- Contribute positively to the team culture and support continuous improvement across the business.
- Undertake additional duties as required to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills & Abilities (Not limited to):

- Current Building Supervisor Licence (Required).
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or Project Manager, preferably managing large loss, complex residential, or commercial construction projects.
- Insurance building experience (Preferred).
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, building regulations, and insurance repair processes.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage a complex, high-value construction project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a cooperative team environment.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Current White Card and a valid driver's licence.
