The role

involves liaising withresidents, developers, businesses and other stakeholders while working within a legislative framework to achieve practical and effective outcomes.

This position offers a varied workload and the opportunity to develop your skills in planning legislation, compliance investigations, stakeholder engagement and regulatory processes.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience or qualifications in statutory planning, compliance, regulation or a related field.
- Can confidently interpret and apply legislation, policies and procedures.
- Possesses robust investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Can work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrates sound judgement, professionalism and a customer-focused approach.
