St Agatha's Catholic Primary, Pennant Hills is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Classroom Teacher. The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a dynamic and cohesive team.

This is a temporary, full time (1 FTE) opportunity until the end of 2026 with potential to extend.

Specific Criteria

- Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School
- Capacity to contribute to the school’s Continuous Improvement Cycle and is committed to student achievement
- Proven ability to apply sound pedagogical practices to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of all learners
- Skilled in analysing and reflecting on student learning data to ensure learning growth for all students;
- Highly effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practices
- Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.
- Proficient in the use of technology to enhance student learning.





Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.
