- Utilise technology and equipment (e.g. GPS, CB radios) to support harvest operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, logs, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in machine loading/unloading and, where required, manually handle crops to minimise damage.

- Communicate clearly with harvest, packing, and logistics teams to ensure daily targets and KPIs are achieved.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience operating harvest or agricultural machinery (corn, beans, carrots, onions) is highly regarded, however on the job training will be provided.
- Valid heavy vehicle licence (minimum HR) preferred, with strong knowledge of truck regulations.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine machinery upkeep.
- Good problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic, weather-driven environments.

- 1am starts, Monday to Saturday
- Opportunity to develop advanced harvesting and transport skills.
- Work in some of Queensland’s most beautiful agricultural regions.
- Be part of a company that invests in its people and is shaping the future of sustainable farming.
