Growth means we now need a Level 3 Engineer in Townsville with skills and experience in Level 3, Support, MSP, Microsoft 365, Azure, Advanced Troubleshooting, Systems, Networking to strengthen our senior technical capability in the north.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You’ll be the senior technical point for escalated issues across the Townsville and northern Queensland client base. That means deep troubleshooting of Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, endpoint,



networking and systems problems, producing explicit root-cause analysis, mentoring L2 engineers, and helping set technical standards. You’ll also contribute to project work, review designs when needed, and step onto client calls when a senior technical voice is required. Using your background in Level 3, Support, MSP, Microsoft 365, Azure, Advanced Troubleshooting, Systems, Networking you’ll be expected to take full ownership of complex incidents and leave the environment better than you found it. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

- Skills in Level 3, Support, MSP, Microsoft 365, Azure, Advanced Troubleshooting, Systems, Networking
- Proven time in a Level 3 or senior support/systems role within an MSP or similar environment
- Deep practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Clear, calm communication with both clients and internal teams
- Experience producing solid root-cause documentation and knowledge articles
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and raise overall team capability

IT’S NICE TO HAVE...

- Strong Azure or Intune depth
- Networking and firewall experience
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- Preference for regional North Queensland lifestyle
