A fast-growing, modern insights business is changing the way organisations understand people, brands and behaviour. With a strong reputation for smart thinking and sharp delivery, they're now looking for an Associate Director in Quantitative Research to lead key client programs, elevate research quality, and help evolve scalable research products.
This is a role for someone who can confidently operate at a senior level. You'll be owning relationships, shaping methodologies, and translating complex data into clear commercial direction.
The Business
This team delivers contemporary quantitative research that goes beyond 'standard surveys.' They work across brand tracking, brand health, campaign evaluation and performance measurement and are building more advanced, productised approaches that create repeatable value for clients.

The Role: What you'll be doing
- Take ownership of end-to-end quantitative projects, from scoping through to final presentation
- Partner with senior stakeholders, guiding briefs, aligning expectations and advising on approach
- Design strong questionnaires and measurement frameworks that are fit-for-purpose and respondent-friendly
- Lead sampling and fieldwork governance, with explicit quality standards and active monitoring
- Drive analysis, interpretation and insight development (Displayr highly regarded)
- Deliver executive-ready outputs with clear narratives, recommendations and commercial relevance
- Identify opportunities to extend engagements into tracking, evaluation and ongoing programs
- Coach and uplift junior researchers through feedback, structure and repeatable best practice
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of productised research offerings and scalable reporting.
What you'll bring
- Strong quantitative research experience with full project ownership
- Confidence leading senior client relationships and presenting to decision-makers
- Experience across tracking, brand health, campaign evaluation and ROI-style measurement
- High attention to detail across survey logic, fieldwork QA, data quality and validation
- Advanced analytical capability and strong storytelling skills
- Experience with Q and/or Displayr (highly desirable)
- A practical, solutions-focused approach. You are calm under pressure and delivery-driven
- Proven ability to mentor and guide others while still being hands-on.
