Office All Rounder / Finance Support (Part Time – School Hours Available)

Central Health Foods / Go Vita Toowoomba is a family-owned retail health food business looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our team.

This is a flexible school-hours role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can confidently support accounts, administration, and day-to-day office tasks.

About the Role

We are seeking a capable Office All Rounder / Finance Support person to join our busy, family-run business.

This is a diverse, hands-on role with a strong focus on accounts payable, supported by general bookkeeping, reporting, and office administration. You will play a key role in keeping supplier accounts accurate and up to date, while also being willing to step in and assist across the office as needed.

The position is approximately 14–20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and school hours available.

Please note: this is an on-site position only (not remote).

What You’ll Be Doing

- Accounts payable (core focus): processing invoices, managing supplier payments, maintaining accurate records




- Supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining supplier accounts and ensuring timely payments
- Assisting with end-of-month reconciliations and reporting
- General bookkeeping support
- Helping with day-to-day office and admin tasks
- Supporting the team across multiple areas as needed

About You

- Strong experience using Xero
- Solid experience in accounts payable and confident managing supplier accounts
- Comfortable assisting with reconciliations and month-end processes
- Organised, reliable, and happy to take initiative
- Enjoys a varied role rather than doing the same task all day
- Willing to learn our retail POS system (Retailer – Tower Systems)

Bonus Skills

- Hubdoc, Deputy, or retail system experience
- Previous experience in a similar all-rounder or small business role
