About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Commercial team at our Cromer, NSW office on a full-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth. As a Marketing Associate, you will create and manage campaigns, coordinate marketing activities, and contribute to the overall marketing objectives of Roband Australia. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in marketing and communications within a supportive and professional environment. The position is full-time, although consideration will be given to part-time applications.

Key responsibilities

- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, and social media.
- Support the creation and coordination of marketing content, including promotional materials, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, customer lists, and campaign tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure marketing materials are accurate and aligned with company messaging.




- Support the organization and coordination of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics and provide reporting on key marketing indicators.
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial team.

What we're looking for

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Abobe Suites, including Indesign. Familiarity with marketing software or tools such as Campaign Monitor.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated creativity and an ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional development in the marketing field.
- Preferred experience: Previous experience in a marketing or communications role, familiarity with content management systems.
