In reflection of recent projects being awarded, we are looking for a motivated and passionate Project Engineer to join a leading organisation with local operations in Newcastle. The projects include Commercial and Residential works from $2-$20M.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Project Engineer, you will be supporting the Site Manager and the Project Manager with the following,

- Assist with project programs and schedules
- Working with the Estimating team during tender phase, issuing and reviewing RFI's, negotiating with sub-contractors.
- Contracts administration, managing variations and issuing invoices
- Coordinate with subcontractors and relevant authorities
- Providing support to the Site Supervisors, with relevant documentation, ITP's and WHS requirements
- Overseeing on-site inductions and managing SWMS

Your Experience:

- Demonstrated knowledge across the Building works across Commercial & Residential, ideally exposure to Civil works.
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications or Trade background
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivated team player and ability to work autonomously
