Receptionist – Allied Health Clinic (Part-Time & Casual Opportunities)

At InTouch Health Co, we are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We’re looking for experienced Receptionists to join our friendly and supportive team.
We currently have two opportunities available:
Casual Receptionist
We’re also looking for a casual receptionist to provide leave cover and assist during busy periods, with the opportunity for regular shifts.
Previous Experience is Essential
Applicants must have previous reception experience in an allied health clinic or medical centre.
This is an essential requirement. Unfortunately, applicants without healthcare reception experience will not be considered.
Experience using Cliniko will be highly regarded.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Manage appointments across multiple practitioners
- Process payments and health fund claims
- Support clinicians with administrative tasks
- Maintain a welcoming and organised reception area
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
About You
You’ll be someone who:
- Has previous allied health or medical reception experience
- Is friendly, professional and well presented
- Thrives in a fast-paced workplace
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is highly organised with great attention to detail
- Can confidently multitask and prioritise
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team
- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
