Performance Strategy Consulting at Partners in Performance
As part of the Performance Strategy Consulting team, you will work in teams to solve complex problems, drive meaningful change, and help organizations overcome their biggest challenges. You will influence decisions at the highest levels and improve performance at the frontline in a testing, learning, and adapting style.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engagements, including working in cross‑functional teams.
- Deliver end‑to‑end solutions, ensuring engagement delivery, collaboration, and coaching of the client.
- Influence decision‑makers at senior levels and improve frontline performance.
- Coach and guide younger consultants to deliver results and manage expectations and deadlines.
- Maintain high standards of quality and drive continual improvements.
Background and Experience
- Outstanding academic results.
- University degree or equivalent with robust quantitative skills, especially in Engineering,
Commerce/Economics & Mathematics/Science (we consider candidates from a broad spectrum of degrees, but emphasize quantitative skills studied in commerce, engineering and science‑based courses).
- MBA would be an advantage.
- Double degrees and Postgraduate degrees highly regarded.
- Track record of achieving tough targets under pressure.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to structure and prioritise effort, and ask the right questions to find root causes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence, build trust with senior managers, and manage a team while prioritising professional development of team members.
- Propensity to coach and guide younger consultants to deliver results and work through the line to achieve outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, including ability to construct compelling arguments supported by the right facts.
- Ability to influence, multitask, and manage expectations and deadlines.
- Demonstrated alignment with Partners in Performance values.
