About the Role

SEE Group have a great career opportunity available for an Experienced Excavator Operator to join our highly qualified and skilled North Brisbane team. This is a diverse and fast-paced Full-time role based predominantly Moreton BayRegion operating 8t-50t Excavators, completing Bulk Earthworks and GPS Final Trim, hourly pay rate + regular overtime.

Responsibilities





- Carry out pre-start checklists on plant you’re required to operate
- Operate /drive plant properly and safely to suit the individual job conditions.
- Ensure safety of other team members and the public in accordance with the legislative requirements.
- Report any fault/damage/problem the plant you are assigned to the Site Supervisor.
- Service equipment by cleaning, lubricating and re-fueling it and make minor adjustments and repairs when necessary, in consultation with the Workshop Personnel.
- Keep plant in a clean and tidy state.

Essential Skills and Attributes

- Hold an Excavator ticket
- Have an OHS Induction Card
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
- Strong safety initiative
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be reliable and dedicated to the role
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination, including a drug and alcohol screen
