We are looking for a reliable, motivated and skilled Labourer/Maintenance Person to join our team. This is a full-time position offering a variety of work across residential construction and property maintenance.

The successful applicant will assist with a range of construction and maintenance tasks while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general labouring duties on residential construction sites.
- Carry out general building and property maintenance tasks.
- Assist the Site Supervisor with daily site activities.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials.
- Maintain a clean jobsite and safe work environment.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Complete tasks both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a skilled labourer,



maintenance person or in a similar role.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Current Construction White Card.
- Current driver's licence (company vehicle provided during work hours).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Robust work ethic with a reliable, positive attitude.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
