We are looking for a full time DC Team Member / Warehouse Assistant to join our Distribution Centre team based in Zillmere, Brisbane QLD. This role is Monday to Friday working 38 hours per week.

A DC Team Member will provide our customers with a fast and reliable service by ensuring all orders are shipped within our KPI targets. This role will follow picking and dispatching processes to ensure accurate fulfilment and also process returns as quickly and thoroughly as possible and ensure damaged, worn or unsaleable returns are not processed.

Key responsibilities

- Understanding and operating our WMS
- Picking orders without errorto ensure customers receive the correct items in the right colour/style and size.
- Despatching orders and printing shipping labels, meeting pickup target KPI’s
- Restocking and cleaning the shipstation and keeping the Distribution Centre in a clean and organised state
- Stock replenishment and general inventory management tasks including unpacking stock and marking of purchase orders
- Counting / Scanning items into WMS and scanning items into locations
- Tagging products following our product tagging guidelines
- Clean and consolidate inventory and carry out stock-take when needed.
- Support with processing returns and checking garments for faults or any signs it’s been worn and adding inventory back into WMS




- Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to resolve return-related issues and ensure timely processing
- Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Manual handling: Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull boxes or parcels weighing up to 15–20 kg on a regular basis
- Standing and walking: Must be able to stand and move around the warehouse for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Assist in CX where needed and complete any Ad-hoc tasks as requested

About you

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A forklift licence is highly regarded (or willing to obtain one)
